Maintenance & Growth

Keep your digital systems useful long after launch.

Software needs attention as customers, devices, and business requirements change. We help assess existing systems, prioritize maintenance, and plan improvements. Separate urgent fixes from ongoing product development, with an agreed backlog, reporting, and support boundaries.

Questions, answered

Do you maintain software built by someone else?

We can assess it first. Support depends on access, documentation, licensing, and technical condition; an assessment may identify work needed before ongoing support.

Is support available around the clock?

Coverage hours, response targets, and escalation are agreed in writing. Do not assume 24-hour coverage unless it is explicitly included.

Are new features included in maintenance?

Not automatically. Fixes, routine updates, and product development are separated in the scope so priorities and costs are clear.

Can you guarantee there will be no downtime?

No system can be promised zero incidents. We agree appropriate monitoring, recovery procedures, and responsibilities for your needs.

How will we see what has changed?

Use agreed reporting and release notes to see completed work, outstanding risks, and the next priorities.
